VIP & luxury transportation

White-glove travel, without an audience

When the passenger can't be kept waiting and the itinerary can't be discussed, the ride stops being a car booking and becomes logistics. Portland executives, touring artists, visiting dignitaries and private-aviation passengers have used us for that since 2008 — unmarked black vehicles, vetted chauffeurs and a dispatcher who stays on the phone until the last leg is done.

Executives & boards

Quarterly visits, investor roadshows and site tours run as one itinerary with a single chauffeur and one dispatch contact for the whole trip.

Artists & touring talent

Venue load-in gates, stage doors and after-show departures — unmarked vehicles, no idling out front, no names on paperwork left in the car.

Dignitaries & protection details

Advance route surveys, follow vehicles and controlled loading points, coordinated directly with your security lead.

Private aviation

FBO and ramp pickups at PDX and Hillsboro, timed to the tail number rather than a published schedule.

The standard

What we do differently for VIP movements

Vetted, senior chauffeurs

VIP assignments go to our most experienced drivers — background-checked, defensive-driving trained, briefed on the itinerary before the day begins, and practiced at protective and low-profile driving.

Confidentiality by default

Chauffeurs sign confidentiality agreements and we'll execute yours on request. Passenger names, destinations and schedules stay between you and dispatch.

Unmarked, privacy-first vehicles

Late-model black Escalades, executive sedans and Sprinters with no livery or badging, deep-tinted rear glass, and a Sprinter cabin that partitions the driver from the passenger compartment.

Quiet, working cabins

Onboard WiFi, charging for every device, still water, climate zones and a chauffeur who does not make conversation unless you start it.

Advance planning

For sensitive movements we drive the route beforehand, confirm entrances and loading points with the venue, and hold a backup vehicle and chauffeur on call.

One point of contact, 24/7

A named dispatcher owns your itinerary end to end and stays reachable through the visit — no call queue, no re-explaining the plan.

How a VIP booking runs

Planned before the wheels move

A VIP itinerary starts with a call rather than a form. We take the arrival details, the stops, the people who need to know, and the people who don't. From there dispatch assigns a senior chauffeur and a vehicle for the full visit, so the same driver is with you on day three as on day one — they already know the entrances, the parking, and how your principal prefers to move.

For high-profile arrivals we survey the route in advance, confirm the loading point with venue or building security, and identify an alternate approach in case the front is crowded. Where a protection detail is involved, we take direction from the detail lead and can run follow or luggage vehicles from the same fleet. A backup chauffeur and vehicle stay on call for the duration.

Most VIP work is booked as-directed by the hour or day: the vehicle waits on site between stops so nobody stands on a curb waiting for a dispatch. Vehicle options are on the fleet page— the Sprinter is the usual choice when a group needs to confer privately in transit — and everything else we cover is listed under services.

Frequently asked

VIP transportation questions

What makes VIP service different from a standard car booking?

VIP trips are assigned to senior chauffeurs, planned in advance with routes and arrival points confirmed ahead of time, and handled by a single dispatch contact who stays reachable for the whole itinerary. Vehicles are unmarked, and details are shared only with the people running the movement.

Can you keep our client's travel confidential?

Yes. Chauffeurs assigned to VIP work sign confidentiality agreements, and we'll execute a client-supplied NDA on request. We don't discuss passengers, itineraries or destinations with anyone outside the booking contact, and no branding appears on our vehicles.

Do you handle private jet and FBO pickups?

We do. We serve the private aviation terminals at PDX and Hillsboro, coordinating directly with your FBO or flight crew so the vehicle is planeside or curbside at the ramp when you land, tail number tracked.

Can you work with our security detail?

Yes. We regularly drive alongside personal protection teams — advance route surveys, follow vehicles, secondary luggage vehicles and controlled loading points are all standard requests. Send us the detail lead's contact and we'll coordinate directly.

Can we hold a chauffeur for a full day or multi-day visit?

As-directed hourly and daily charters are the most common VIP booking. The same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the visit, waiting on site between stops so there's never a gap while a car is dispatched.

How far in advance should VIP travel be booked?

Two to three days gives us the widest choice of chauffeurs and vehicles, and time for an advance route survey. Same-day and overnight requests are often possible — call dispatch and we'll tell you immediately what we can cover.
