21st Century Limousine & Town Car Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking transportation services with 21st Century Limousine & Town Car ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Transportation Services
2.1 Service Description
21st Century Limousine & Town Car provides luxury ground transportation services including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers
- Corporate transportation
- Special event transportation
- Wine tours
- Hourly charter services
2.2 Service Area
Our primary service area includes Portland, Oregon and surrounding metropolitan areas. Long-distance trips outside our standard service area may be accommodated with advance notice and additional charges.
3. Reservations and Booking
3.1 Reservation Requirements
All reservations must include:
- Valid contact information
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Date and time of service
- Number of passengers
- Valid payment information
3.2 Confirmation
Reservations are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from our dispatch team. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group.
3.3 Minimum Notice
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Rates
All rates are subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified. Final charges may include:
- Base fare
- Gratuity (20% standard)
- Applicable taxes and fees
- Tolls and parking fees
- Additional stops or wait time
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and cash (with prior arrangement). Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
4.3 Hourly Services
Hourly services have a 4-hour minimum for sedans/SUVs and 5-hour minimum for limousines and vans. Time begins at scheduled pickup time.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Timeline
- More than 48 hours notice for sedans/suvs: No cancellation fee
- More than 7 days notice for all bigger cars: No cancellation
- Less than time frames listed above: Charged 100%, no refund
- No-show: 100% of total fare including gratuity
5.2 Special Events
Reservations for special events (weddings, proms, wine tours) follow same cancellation notice timeframe. Cancellations made after timeframe expires are subject to 100% charge.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
6.1 Conduct
Passengers agree to:
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not consume illegal substances in vehicles
- Not smoke in vehicles
- Control noise levels
- Supervise minors in their care
6.2 Damages
Passengers are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by their actions or the actions of their guests. Substantial cleaning fees apply for excessive mess or bodily fluids.
6.3 Lost Items
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. We will make reasonable efforts to return found items, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.
7. Company Rights and Limitations
7.1 Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:
- Disorderly conduct
- Illegal activities
- Threatening behavior
- Excessive intoxication
- Violation of these terms
7.2 Route Selection
Chauffeurs will select routes based on traffic conditions, safety, and efficiency. Specific route requests will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
7.3 Vehicle Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity if the requested vehicle becomes unavailable.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Insurance Coverage
All vehicles are fully licensed and insured as required by state and federal regulations. Our commercial insurance provides coverage for passenger injuries and property damage as required by law.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policies. We are not liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or acts of God
- Missed flights or appointments
- Lost business or consequential damages
- Items left in vehicles
8.3 Indemnification
Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless 21st Century Limousine & Town Car from any claims arising from their use of our services.
9. Special Services
9.1 Airport Transfers
- We monitor flights for delays but cannot guarantee on-time arrival
- Wait time is included: 30 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international
- Additional wait time is charged at hourly rates
9.2 Wine Tours
- Passengers must be 21 or older for wine tasting
- We are not responsible for winery policies or closures
- Tasting fees are not included unless specified
9.3 Wedding Services
- Decorations must be approved in advance
- Red wine is prohibited in vehicles
- Extended photo session time is charged at hourly rates
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We collect and use information solely for the purpose of providing transportation services and improving customer experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or for service provision.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Process
Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
