*We do NOT accept reservations made within 12 hours of pickup. Please reserve your car in advance, so that we may continue to provide you with our premier, luxury VIP service.*
Reservation Agreement: Please look over your confirmation carefully. Your driver will text you when he arrives at your pickup location. All point-to-point transfers have a 15 minute grace period from time of scheduled pickup. After this grace period, your reservation will be converted to Hourly Hold, with a 2 hour minimum. (This excludes airport pickups)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is accepted 24 hrs before reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation may incur a 1 hour minimum charge. Cancellations made within 2 hrs of pickup time will incur FULL charge. All deposits are NON refundable. (Sprinter and Mini-Coach reservations require 72 hour notice to cancel without penalty.)
Change Policy: Changes made within 2 hours of your reservation cannot be guaranteed.
Substitution Policy: Company reserves the right to upgrade client to a different vehicle without notice. Please ask for special accommodation at the time of reservation, if specific vehicle type is required. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. A sanitation fee of 500.00 will be charged, as well as 100.00 per carpet or seat burn.
Client Responsibility: Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Damage & Cleaning: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A cleaning fee will be charged if additional cleaning of spills, garbage, or other substances is required after the client's reservation.
Hazardous Roads: Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Personal Items: 21st Century Town Car is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Please contact us at 503-476-5527 if you think you have left something behind, and we will do our best to search for your item.
