Reservation and quote forms: name, email address, phone number, optional company name, service type, vehicle type, pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, preferred payment method (credit card or cash — we never ask for card numbers on this site) and any trip details you add.
Contact form: name, a phone number or email address, and your message.
Technical data: standard web server and analytics data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type.

2. How we use it

To respond to your reservation, quote or contact request and arrange transportation.
To send you a confirmation email and, where applicable, trip updates or receipts.
To keep records of bookings and communications for customer service and accounting.
To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Payment information

This website does not collect credit card numbers, security codes or billing addresses. When you select "Credit Card" on the reservation form, our team follows up by phone or with a secure payment link from our payment processor so card details are never entered into this site or sent by email.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate this site. They process data only on our behalf:

Resend — delivers form notification and confirmation emails.
Google Analytics — measures website traffic and usage.
Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated spam and abuse; Google receives device and interaction signals for this purpose.
Our website hosting provider — serves the pages you request.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only used if you accept them in our cookie banner. If you decline, analytics are not loaded and you can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

6. Retention

We keep reservation and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our business, tax and legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or archive them.

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted to our email provider over encrypted connections, and access to booking correspondence is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
