How to time a long-distance PDX transfer
For a domestic departure out of PDX, we plan to arrive at the terminal two hours before takeoff, then add drive time and a traffic buffer: roughly four hours door-to-gate from Eugene, three from Salem. Northbound I-5 slows between Wilsonville and the Terwilliger curves on weekday mornings, so early flights leave earlier than the map suggests — we build that in when we quote you.
Arrivals work in reverse. Give us your flight number and your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim or curbside, tracking the aircraft the whole way down. Late landings, rerouted connections and red-eyes are routine for us — dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, and there's no extra charge for a delay you didn't cause.
